Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel/refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information.

Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping
We ship within the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed — delays from courier partners are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the property of Fana and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

Product use
Sticker sheets and phone cases are intended for personal decorative use. By Fana is not liable for damage caused by improper application or use.

By Fana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this website, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
